Coins in the cashier

The cashier lists 14 coins, namely Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether, Dogecoin, Tron, BNB, USD Coin, Dash, Cardano, Dai, Avalanche, Ripple and Toncoin. Both the main coins and a range of altcoins are available. Which one is best depends on what you already hold.

Coins pegged to a fiat currency avoid sudden price changes. They are the practical option when you care about the amount, not the market. A non-pegged coin may be worth more or less by the time you withdraw.

The cashier displays a separate minimum for each cryptocurrency. Stay above the stated minimum to avoid problems. Sending your first coins

Select the coin, get the address, send from your wallet. The details matter more than with ordinary payment methods.

• In the payment section, select the crypto you want to use
• Set the network that matches the cashier
• Copy the deposit address exactly, ideally with the copy button or the QR code
• Send the coins and note the transaction ID
• Allow time for blockchain confirmation

Choosing the network is the step where most money is lost. Match the network on the deposit page letter for letter, even if your wallet offers others for the same coin. What a crypto transfer costs

Crediting follows blockchain confirmations. Speed depends on the coin and on how congested the network is. If a transfer seems slow, check its status in a block explorer with your TXID.

GSB charges nothing on crypto deposits; the network fee is the only cost. Network fees change with the coin and the time of day. A high fee on a small transfer eats into your balance.

Depending on your choice, the money is kept in the coin or converted on arrival. The cashier explains which balance your deposit goes to. Cashing out in crypto

Crypto withdrawals are among the fastest at GSB. The overall payout window is 12 hours to 3 business days, and crypto usually sits at the short end. Big withdrawals and weekend requests may need extra time. The general payout rules are in our withdrawal guide.

Before you request a payout

Verify the wallet address twice before confirming. A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed once sent. The minimum withdrawal is ZMW 16, and the daily ceiling is $10,000.

Crypto payouts go through the same identity check. Have your ID and proof of address ready in advance. A bonus still in play blocks the payout until it is completed or cancelled. Once those two points are settled, crypto payouts are usually smooth.
